Hotel Pricing

Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fee. Attendees must make their own hotel reservations. To accommodate the large conference attendance, we’ve made special room rates available at the host facility and four other local hotels. Special rates are available for peak conference days of: Sunday, Oct. 19 through Wednesday, Oct. 22.

Please call your selected hotel to make your reservation. To receive the special room rate listed, please mention you will attend the Thomson Reuters Corporate & Trust User Conference. The resort or hotel will confirm your reservation directly with you. If you require a change, please contact the resort or hotel directly.

Special rates are based on availability and reservations must be made prior to September 18, 2008.

Attire & Weather

Business casual attire is appropriate for all daytime conference functions. As always, meeting rooms can be chilly so please be prepared with a jacket or sweater. Some evening events may be held outdoors, so pack appropriately for a range of temperatures.

Though Phoenix is very hot in the summer, the temperatures are moderate in October with pleasant days in the 80s and evenings dropping into the 60s. It’s wise to bring a light jacket for the chilly nights. Visit www.weather.com for current Phoenix weather conditions.
