Registration includes attendee/guest information and session registration. Do not close your browser until you have completed the entire the registration process. If you have any questions, please email OneSourceUserConference@thomson.com.
To ensure a smooth registration, please follow the steps below.
Special Needs
Every effort will be taken to accommodate special dietary or physical needs. Please list any requirements on the registration form where indicated. Also, please inform the hotel when you register.
Cancellations
If you have registered for the conference, and then can’t attend, you may substitute another person from your department. The substitute must submit a registration form at the same time as our written cancellation request. Send cancellation requests to the fax number or mailing address listed on the registration form. You cannot cancel a registration via the website.
If no substitute is available, a full refund of the conference and/or guest registration fee will be given if a written cancellation request is postmarked or fax dated by Sept. 10, 2008. Beginning Sept. 11, 2008, a $300 cancellation fee will be assessed. After Oct. 10, 2008, the full conference fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
